The Rev. Dr. Erich Thompson (but just call him Erich) graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary in 1987. He served congregations in Virginia and North Carolina. To keep his sanity, he took up woodworking as a hobby. The hobby got out of hand. Soon his back yard shop was overwhelmed. As word got out about his designs and his works, congregations along the east coast contacted him to take on their projects too. Now his work is across the eastern US and is making inroads to the midwest.
